Whether you’re training for a sprint, Olympic, or 70.3 we’ve put together a new triathlon training camp just for you. A vast majority of camps only cater to elite level athletes, not Wilderness Lodge Training Camp. This is a great opportunity to totally surround yourself in all things triathlon for an entire weekend, train like a pro, total triathlon for 2 ½ days.

You will be exposed to the great foothills of North Carolina that will have you mentally and physically ready for your 2011 triathlon season.

Small groups allow for more individual attention and ample time to practice the new skills that our coaches will present. Small groups also allow for athletes’ becoming more confident with new ideas and abundant tips.  The camp is open to all athletes but all training sessions will be presented in a manner that is most beneficial to serious recreational athletes, mid pack age groupers and those with some experience.

Swim sessions will be open water in a secluded quiet cove – Total Immersion
